On the first day of the meeting, the organizing committee organized participants to visit the workshop of Ji'an Company. Everyone has put forward many valuable opinions on the on-site management and development of Ji'an Company. After the visit, Mr. Xu, Director of Personnel Administration, conducted a training on improving the efficiency of the meeting for the leaders above the business department. In the evening, Executive Vice President Zhou Lingbo and the company's market leaders who attended the Barcelona Telecom Exhibition had an exchange. He also sent a message to the company's future exhibition work.

Subsequently, RF/Antenna Product Line, RF/Antenna R & D, Marketing Regions, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Strategic Empowerment, Quality/Functional departments such as quantity and personnel administration have reviewed and summarized the completion of the work in 2023.It also made a detailed interpretation and plan of the work priorities and objectives in 2024. Everyone expressed that they would meet the challenges of the new year with a new attitude and go all out to achieve their goals.

MOBI leaders at all levels should establish brand awareness. The team should cultivate and have innovative attitude and ability, and have core technology. Be able to create value for customers and provide products and services with quality assurance; the team should be cohesive, the efficiency of collaboration between teams should be improved, and the speed of problem solving and client performance should be improved; We should strive for excellence in management and not give up any chance of 0.1% improvement; R & D has a plan for its own technology path, which can provide customers with a long-term value and support. To provide long-term protection for the market and customers.

We must adhere to the path of product globalization. Leading cadres should broaden their horizons, make full use of the company's various resources, and systematically do a good job in planning. We must be firm in taking this road overseas. In the process of expanding the international market, we should seek new ways and means to meet the market demand. Every exhibition and customer communication is a good opportunity to show the company's brand and expand the market.

Continuously improve management efficiency. Faced with the gap, we should seriously sum up.
