At ten o'clock in the morning of May 29, 2024, the general meeting of shareholders of Mobi Development Co., Ltd. in 2024 was successfully held in Guangming, Shenzhen in the form of online and in-person combination. The executive directors: Mr. Hu Xiang, Ms. Zhou Lingbo and Mr. Ye Rong, The non-executive director Mr. Qu Deqian, independent non-executive director Li Tian, Mr. Shu, Mr. Zhang Han, Ms. Ge Xiaojing, Ms. Wu Qian, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Liu Rong, Secretary of the Board of Directors, shareholder representative, accounting firm, and the Hong Kong Share Registrar and other relevant persons attended the meeting.
The meeting was convened to consider the audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of the directors and auditors for the year ended 31 December 2023, the retirement of directors, to elect and re-appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as auditor of the Company and to grant a general mandate to the Directors. To vote on a number of resolutions such as the allotment, issuance and disposal of shares, the repurchase of shares of the Company and the approval of the amendments to the Articles of Association.
After all the bills are submitted to the General Assembly and voted on, the scrutineer announces the voting results after counting the votes. All the above resolutions were duly passed.
After the conference, the participants held cordial talks on the current situation and future development of the company, and then strengthened their confidence.
